The Challenge:

In the midst of significant business transformation, attracting top talent for our client has never been more important. For the C-suite, securing the right talent is a priority.  With a lean corporate Human Resources team in place, obtaining a scalable recruitment solution which would achieve hiring objectives in a timely and cost effective manner was critical.  With limited talent acquisition expertise and no applicant tracking system (ATS) in place, the client lacked best in class processes, sourcing mechanisms and technologies.  As a result, the capability to effectively measure recruitment performance was also nonexistent. 

The Solution:

The Results:

During the pilot, DreamJobs was able to define, measure and exceed agreed upon goals for time to fill, interview to hire ratios, and client satisfaction ratings while implementing supporting systems and processes.  As a result of this success, the client chose to convert from a pilot to an ongoing partnership agreement for Scalable RPO solutions.  The partnership has resulted in an average time to fill of 66 days, which is nine days less than the manufacturing industry standard.  In addition, the cost of recruitment has been reduced by nearly 49% as compared to the pre-pilot benchmark..
