TALENTTRACK / ADECCO RPO / PONTOON SOLUTIONS

In 2002, the existing DreamJobs leadership team established TalentTrack with the vision of becoming a top-performing recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm in North America. TalentTrack emerged as a top RPO firm on the HRO Today Baker's Dozen report within three years (recognized as a top 5 RPO provider in 2006/2007) by:

  • Leveraging years of recruiting experience
  • Assembling a team of experienced recruitment professionals and emerging technologies
  • Building a culture of performance and learning

In addition, TalentTrack leadership received the 2006 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the mid-west region leading to the sale of the business to Adecco, a Global 500 Company and the world’s largest human capital firm, in 2007. The RPO business continued to flourish under the Adecco brand, gaining notoriety by Datamonitor’s Orbys Black Book of Sourcing as the 2009 Top Recruitment Process Outsourcing Firm, while being constantly recognized by HRO Today as a leading provider of recruitment services (#2 in 2010). In 2011, Adecco RPO filled over 66,000 positions across its portfolio of 50+ clients.
