KIM DAVIS, MANAGING PARTNER

Kim Davis received a BS in Business Management from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Western Illinois University. He is both a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Career Management Practitioner.  Also, Kim is a member of the HR.com RPO Advisory Board.  In addition Kim is in the Entrepreneur and Business Excellence (EBE) Hall of Fame.  

Kim's experience includes being a founder and executive board member of various career management companies and related professional associations. His experience spans all areas of career transition and talent acquisition, from managing individual transitions, designing and developing talent initiatives, and providing effective client support to the larger schemes of business development. In 2006, Kim was recognized for his leadership capabilities by receiving the Ernst and Young mid-west region's Entrepreneur of the Year award while directing the TalentTrack RPO initiatives.

In leveraging extensive senior executive human capital consulting and leadership background, Kim provides executive oversight, leadership, and strategic direction for the development and execution of DreamJobs recruitment solutions.

 

MIKE DACHENHAUS, SR. PARTNER

Mike Dachenhaus has consistently brought value to clients by evaluating and transforming recruitment processes through re-engineering, technology selection and implementation and project management expertise. As the operational leader for DreamJobs, his emphasis on emerging recruitment technology, sourcing strategies and operational effectiveness has produced countless cost savings and increased recruitment performance.

Mike is a Certified Personnel Consultant who has effectively combined his experience on the front lines of recruitment with his technology and process expertise to lead and develop high-performing recruitment teams and solutions throughout his career. Mike received his Bachelor's Degree from Great Lakes Christian College in Lansing, MI.

 

CHADD DEHN, SR. PARTNER

Chadd Dehn has worked in the human resources field with a focus on talent acquisition since 1996.  During that time, he has consulted with clients from a wide spectrum of industries including healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, banking and retail.  Chadd has consistently helped clients improve their hiring systems as demonstrated by positively impacting measures cost per hire, time to fill, turnover, candidate quality, and both candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.  

Since graduating from the University of Toledo with his BA and MBA, Chadd has proven himself to be a leader not only in recruitment services, but corporate human resources as well.  Among Chadd’s responsibilities with DreamsJobs is service delivery for our OnDemand and RPO business lines.

SCOTT DEPERRO, BOARD MEMBER

Scott DePerro earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Kent State University. Immediately following graduation, Scott teamed with his brother Jeff DePerro to found AIM Executive, Inc., which developed into an industry-leading national human resources consulting firm that was a pioneer in integrated human resource services. The DePerros grew the organization rapidly through acquisitions and strong organic growth, being named to the Inc. 500 listing of fastest-growing privately held companies in America for four (4) consecutive years. It also was named to Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School's prestigious "Outstanding Growth Companies in Northeast Ohio" listing for three (3) years.

After Spherion acquired AIM Executive and all of its Divisions in 1997, Scott ran the Human Capital Consulting Division, which included Career Transition Services (the fourth largest career transition firm). Departing from Spherion in 2001, Scott has since served as a principal investor and consultant for multiple successful start-up companies within the human capital sector.

 

JEFF DEPERRO, BOARD MEMBER

Jeff DePerro has over twenty (20) years of business experience in both the private and public sectors. He was a co-founder of AIM Executive, Inc., a national industry leader in human resources consulting that pioneered the integrated human resource services concept. This organization's rapid growth through acquisitions and strong organic growth earned the company Inc 500 status as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in America for four (4) consecutive years. It also was named one of Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School's prestigious "Outstanding Growth Companies in Northeast Ohio" listing for three (3) years.

As a result of the sale of AIM Executive in 1997 to Spherion Corporation (now Randstad Corporation), Mr. DePerro became the Business Unit President of its Professional Recruiting Group and remained in that capacity for four years. Since, Jeff has served as a principal investor and consultant for multiple successful start-up companies within the human capital sector. Jeff earned his BS in Business Administration with an accounting major from Bowling Green State University. He is also a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
